Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, with many highlighting its proximity to train and bus stations, as well as local attractions. The staff is frequently described as friendly and attentive, and some guests appreciated the clean rooms and comfortable beds. However, several reviews mention issues with cleanliness, malfunctioning amenities such as air conditioning and TV, and unreliable WiFi. Some guests were disappointed by discrepancies between the advertised and actual room features, and a few noted noise or maintenance concerns. Overall, while the location and service stand out positively, improvements are needed in amenities and cleanliness.
