Well Located Economy Stay
The hotel is located within 3 minutes walk of the Rialto Bridge and right off the Grand Canal. The stay was reasonably priced -- a good deal for the accomodation and central location.
There is no on-site hotel clerk. Check-in is via Skype by a clerk located at another hotel 5 minutes away. Our room was nothing fancy and could use some updating. The furniture definitely had seen better days -- especially new matresses as we could feel the springs on the ones we slept on. (Nevertheless, the room was quiet and we slept well.) The included breakfast consisted of a roll, condiments, a croissant and coffee -- all delicious but a bit skimpy. It was generally clean but not spotless. Overall, I would stay there again but my wife would prefer not to.

Good position.
This is not a hotel. No service if you arrive after 18:00, only a phone number for emergencies and the guy on the phone was very rude, didn't want to help me at all. Breakfast is very, very poor - just 1 tiny croissant. Very loud neighborhood; hotel very difficult to find.

The location is very close to a vaporetto (water bus) stop, making it easy to get around, including with luggage, without needing to use the very expensive water taxis.
The shower was incredibly tiny, so tiny that it was nearly impossible to raise my arms to wash my hair. Smaller than a phone booth.

The hotel facilities where good. The room was appartment and overlook the square. The breakfast was simple but good. The location was right near the Rialto bridge shops and markets and was excellent for exploring.
