Fiesta Inn Veracruz Malecon

The view was amazing, as you can see from the hotel room the ocean and harbour. I definitely recommend to book a room with ocean view. The room service was very kind.

We paid 500 Euros for 3 nights and 2 rooms without breakfast. For this price we would expect a little fridge and that the bathtub is bigger and without chalk, which made the water tub difficult to open for the shower function. The phones in both rooms were not working. They tried to repare them but the next day they did not work again so we were first not able to call the room service. By checking out and looking under the beds to check if something was fallen down, I discovered under the beds dust of minimum 2 weeks which reveals that the hotel room was only superficially cleaned.

The friendliness of the staff and the location.

We tried to call room service 5 times with no success. The duvet cover was broken and the inner of the duvet was dirty with stains. The coffee in the room has no taste.
