Pros (+) Just the whole experience. You are always a bit concerned when travelling and arriving in the afternoon. But smooth as glass when dealing with Carmen. I am sure if a mix up did occur she would call around and find you a place so you were not stranded. Just that kind of caring person.
Cons (-) The instruction to do check-in would be stronger by listing the check-in address e.g. the resteraunt on the main square.
