The location is ideal for anyone travelling back to Durkirk for an early morning ferry. Although the restaurant was not open when we were there (Sunday evening) the owner was kind enough to recommend the restaurant across the road, where we had an exellent meal, with everything freshly and imaginatively cooked. The hotel room was larger than we were expecting and superb value for money. The village is very pretty.

It seemed the village was on holiday, beautiful picturesque countryside and very quiet. Food was excellent. I think there were only 7 guests.

Menu in English would have been nice but the staff were more than happy to translate the dishes.

Found the bed and shower facilities very good, along with the cleaniness and location. sadly our overnight stay let down by comments below

We were kept awake until 2.30am by people in the resturant/bar area talking loudly, laughing and scraping chairs on the tiled floor. Also unfortunate for my wife breakfast did not offer much of what she liked. No eggs and my wife does not eat or drink dairy products.
