Pros (+) The room I stayed in was beautifully decorated and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly but could use more reception training.
Cons (-) The room was very nice however the amenities did not match the room Also unfortunately, it was located next to the lobby and was very noisy! I heard the reception phone ring constantly and people talking as if they were in my room. The mini bar was empty. For a luxury hotel/ room it should offer a variety of drinks IN the room.
