Pros (+) Location. Spacious suite with stocked kitchen, pull-out couch. Nice pool, sauna, hot tub.
Cons (-) Could use a refresh (it's old feeling) however I'm afraid that will raise the price too much.

Pros (+) Just a short walk from Parliament, harbor, and all the fun of Victoria. Found several nice markets nearby as well. Clean apartment-type room. Very clean with a great little kitchenette! Quaint, cute, charming, nice parking.
