Really nice place to stay in Victoria
Rooms are nice, modern. Beds/bedding comfy. Big bathroom, tub. Front desk really helpful. I didn't hear noise from other guests, but it was mid-week, so that might be a factor. Turn down service.
Continental breakfast wasn't included.
Enjoyed the food and ambiance at prime. The staff at hotel have gone way beyond expectations in making every stay fabulous.
Would like a pool. Roof top bar and city transporting options(bike, hotel car)
Small hotel with professional, friendly and helpful staff. The location is walking distance from most places in Victoria.
To demonstrate how well we liked the hotel, the only thing that we remember is that they forgot to put bathropes in our room.
Hotel Staff was very polite and professional. Location could not be better. Rooms are big and very comfortable.
During breakfast, should be more waiters looking at the food that is missing.
The couteousness and genuine friendliness of all of the hotel staff was commedable. The breakfast that was included was fantastic and very efficiently served. The valet service was excellent.
