Pros: Location was very good for us Like having the breakfast and always tipped the hard workers When coming in late on the day of travel and having the choice of having dinner at the hotel with soup and salad bar and wine, beer and cheese was very nice. Also the kitchenette was nice.
Cons: Having the room being cleaned earlier in the day; not at 5pm when one is trying to get ready to go out. We also like a firmer mattress, but this was OK

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The facility is beautiful and very welcoming. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. I wish I could have stayed longer but I was passing through. Side Note: my room did not have a kitchen and I did not eat breakfast there.
Cons: I did find a bottle cap on the floor between the bed and the nightstand. The room was very clean, so one little bottle cap does not a filthy room make. Also, the view from my window was an interesting, direct sightline to the roof. (Which really isn't a problem because who is looking out the window when you sleep?)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The pool was great and the room was very nice.
Cons: Everything was wonderful!
7.7 Good
Cons: Staff needs training. Front desk and breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Employees very helpful.
Cons: everything was nice
7.1 Good
Pros: Clean
Cons: N/a
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The pool area.
Cons: Didn’t appreciate the fact there was no offer of continental breakfast like most hotels. People pay enough to have basic breakfast to get their day started when in a hurry while traveling. And the lack of bathroom air ventilation. The moisture doesn’t have anywhere to go and everything is wet to touch. This can lead to mold and damage the bathroom materials. Unbelievable a hotel of this caliber would not have air ventilation.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Charged for breakfest witch we did not know till handed a bill after we ate also charged to barrow 2 wine glasses
6.7 Good
Pros: I liked everything just fine, but it wasn't worth $150. Victoria has always price gouged everything since the oil boom. I travel to a lot of oil towns for work and I'm always disappointed that everything is so overly priced. The hotel is comparable to many hotels I've stayed in for $75-$100 per night anywhere there is not oil or gas business around. Just not worth $150 per night. It was an average hotel.
Cons: There was a caution sign and dirty towel In the elevator that was left there from 10pm until 11am. There was no apparent need for it to be there, no standing water or spill visible. Made the hotel look trashy.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Liked the size of the room, the décor and the breakfast was really good too.
Cons: No complaints at all. Everything was great!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The swimming pool was awesome
Cons: Too much people
7.1 Good
Pros: We walked into a one be room and I ordered 2 beds for our family of 4. Agent said he couldn’t change it by we got n booking.com. Thankfully manager walked by and overrides it. That would’ve been very disappointing.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff was great except housekeeping. They complained after 4days we asked for toilet paper.i was also floored that after a two week stay we never got one breakfast

7.1 Good
Pros: The location. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Cons: The breakfast is a few prepackaged sandwiches and rolls. You get it from the front desk and they heat it up in a microwave then hand it to you. This is the worst breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. I would not have stayed here if I had known about this "breakfast." What a joke. Also, I reserved a room with 2 queen beds and paid a higher price for it. WHen I got there I actually got a bed with 1 queen bed and charged for the room rate of 2 beds. They said they can not change it since it is Booking.com that told them what price to charge me. I am checking with Booking .com to see if I can get a refund for the difference now.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean

Pros: Staff.
Cons: Looks like a remodel had been started but never finished. Worn out furniture. Vanity looked beat up and worn. If I thought I had to service my towels I would have stayed elsewhere. Need a night light in the restroom as your blinded using regular lighting.

Pros: Clean & convienent
Cons: Nothing - all great
5.0 Okay
Pros: The lady at the front desk was super friendly when we checked in.
Cons: Where do I start...the room was not clean, and it was super small. My husband and I booked the king bed room. The most disappointing factor was the dirtiness of the room. There were two hairs in the bathtub and what looked like a dirty foot print. The mirror had smudges on it. I feel like housekeeping only went in there and made the bed, nothing else. The room was very dusty. There was hardly any cars in the parking lot and yet, we were placed right next to the elevator. The breakfast was okay, not great. Very disappointed, definitely would not recommend. Just spend an extra $40 and stay at the Hilton Homewood Suites next door. I’ve stayed there and that hotel is very much worth the extra money!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice and new
5.8 Okay
Pros: Seemed clean and included access to internet and decent breakfast.
Cons: We were supposed to have 2 rooms right next to each other. We opened the door to one of the rooms and there were people staying in it!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was like a cloud.
Cons: The comforter was stained with blood and dirt and the microwave was not totally clean.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Didn't eat breakfast. Bed was comfortable, everything was clean. That's all I was looking for.
Cons: Note in bathroom says you swap towels every three days. That's OK but where do you hang a wet towel? No towel racks. Also no place in shower to hang washcloth or to put shampoo bottle or shower gel except one little corner soapdish big enough for one small hotel soap. This is a general complaint about all hotels, not just this one.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: There were eggs biscuits gravy. Coffee, OJ and so many other choices Excellent

Pros: We barely made the breakfast Saturday morning and some of the food was gone. We did miss the breakfast Sunday morning. It would have been nice if the breakfast had been open until 11:00 on weekends.
Cons: We did enjoy our stay and the staff of the hotel were friendly and great. But as I told the desk clerk when we checked out, the fold-up luggage rack was missing from our room and so was a table lamp. We know this because our friends booked an identical suite one floor above us and their room had both the luggage rack and the lamp. None of this affected our view of the hotel, which is excellent, but these are things that should be followed up by the hotel staff.

Pros: Breakfast was npt inviting

Cons: When I first booked thru booking I need it 4 double bed rooms so they only had 3 available so the 4th was a king bed , I called the property and explained to them what I needed and they said just to get those rooms and that the next day they will change the 4th room to a double bed room . so I booked them when we checked in first day that's where it all start it with the front desk lady she was rude to my employees, asking for everyone's identification card, I had never ever heard or had that problem anywhere else but that place I feel like she was racist" that I know of they never ask for identifications only to the person who made reservations. Pros: The location. It's near a mall and good places to eat. Right off the highway so easy access to main road

The desk clerk came into my room while I was gone and put all my stuff into trash bag because they needed to clean the room they messed up and gave me only to rebook me into a king...no right to touch my stuff..totally unacceptable. 3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Location
Cons: We walked in and our beds weren’t made so I went to the desk. They apologized and said they were waiting on blankets. Housekeeping came down and made the bed. The bathroom floor had hair all over it as did the room. I notified housekeeping which was right outside of our room. I went in to take my shower and there was a dirty bar of soap with little hairs all over it and on the side of the tub. Called the front desk and asked if this room had really been cleaned?? It was nasty! Housekeeping banged on the door and came in to clean the tub with a dirty wash cloth and a broom...that was it! No cleaning supplies, no cart, nothing! When I told my husband “no cleaner?” She said “this is how we clean the bathtub, with this(shows me the nasty looking wash cloth) the same thing we clean the floors with”. To which I responded “is that a clean rag”? She got ugly and said “I just forgot to clean it. I’m sorry but I’m cleaning it now”. Wow!
