Staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was quite nice.
Knob on dresser wasn't secure; had to ask for wake up call at front desk. Otherwise it was fine.

The hotel has been completely renovated and it looks perfect now, clean, comfortable, perfectly euqipped, etc. The suitable place for staying in Wien for short and long-term visits with reasonable price.
