the person serving breakfast was covering the front desk. she was the best thing that happened for this hotel. she was very sweet and very helpful.

safe on a removable shelf mot bolted anywhere. need more lights in the room no hair conditioner in the shiwer not even one usb port, need to invest in the 21 century. no front desk service, called after midnight to get a wake call, no one picked up. my friend did not have a pillow and a quilt on his bed. outside door does not lock. anyone can walk in on you no way this place is 4 stars. i have to say that the front desk girl in the morning was extremely nice and helpful.

Free internet. Reasonable location. Large room.

Bed not that comfortable - foam mattress. Very thin pillow and only one. Shower attachment did not stay in place. Had to hold it to shower.

There is no sound insulation, so it's hard to sleep. Train is passing in front of the hotel, so you can feel trembles on the second floor.

When we arrived, there wasn't free room. Staff had offered an appartment for us to 1 night for the same prise as small room.

I was hoping for better location in Vienna. We arrived at 8 a.m. There wasn't early check-in, althought it would be possible.
