9.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable, modern room. Bus stop into town is outside hotel.
Cons: The restaurant was closed throughout our stay which was a shame. The hotel is a 30 minute walk away from the main town and there are not many facilities in the neighbourhood. The town was much quieter than we were expecting, possibly because we had just missed a festival. Very quiet at the weekend and a lot of museums closed on Monday. The staff do not speak very much English but are friendly.
7.9 Good
Pros: Quietly efficient. Very clean.
Cons: Restaurant was closed. I booked this hotel because of the restaurant’s reputation.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff, the location, the room, the variety of food
Cons: Nothing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: One of the nicest hotel rooms I stayed in. Very clean and very comfortable. Bed was great and so was the bathroom.
Cons: Not rich breakfast.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything was very good. Welcoming hotel with anything you need. But if you don’t know Spanish at all it will not be easy to communicate with staff.
Cons: Definatley recommend the hotel! WiFi is poor sometimes.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable.
Cons: Bit far from centre but we walked in and there are several buses back until 22.20pm.

7.5 Good
Cons: Poor lighting in room and breakfast was barely adequate
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great overnight stay, it has lots of character.
Cons: We liked it all.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: A quiet location, feels like a castle. The staff is excellent, as well as the food.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: We were absolutely impressed by the historical design of our room! Located in a historical manor a few centuries old the rooms are furnished with custom-made wooden furniture. Our bathroom was very spacious and we loved the wooden cladding around the shower and other details resembling the history. There was air-conditioning in the room, also very nicely designed and hidden. There was a beautiful garden next to the property ideal to relax in. Just behind the manor there is a huge forest area where you can do birdwatching.
Cons: Our mattress was a bit hard. The selection for breakfast was quite wide, but the quality was not that good: tomatoes with olive oil were packaged, bacon was not crispy at all and there was no fresh vegetables.
7.5 Good
Pros: Very nice accomodation. The bed was very big and comfortable. The room was also big and cleaned. Medieval athmosphere is a plus.
Cons: The breakfast: It seems nobody takes care of breakfast room...tables aren't restored when the guest finish their breakfast. Food and beverages aren't refurbished...
8.8 Excellent
Cons: It was Sunday and the restaurant was closed
5.0 Okay
Pros: Breakfast was ok though no personnel present. Carpark.
Cons: Difficult to find even with a GPS. The rooms are small and the doors to the rooms impossible to close without making a lot of noise. A lot of noise from one room to the next. We were constantly disturbed by conversations in adjoining rooms and people returning to their rooms late at night. We could even see the light under the wall from the next bedroom. Bathrooms were ckean but couldn’t get anything but cold water in the shower. When checking out the owner or manager never stopped talking in Spanish to another member of staff and didn’t address me at all. Very rude. One of the worst places in terms of comfort and friendliness that we have ever stayed in.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Quirky and a great dinner
Cons: Breakfast could have been slightly better
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Lovely hotel built in the 1680’s originally a monastery. Loads of character. Situated about a ten minute drive from the hubbub of Vitoria Gasteiz. The restaurant was lovely they do have what they call an express menu in the evening for 22 euros which is 3 courses does not include drink. We chose from the a la carte menu and had lobster rice for 16 euros per person excellent. A lovely bottle of wine for about the same price. Would definitely stay again.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location was very good, friendly staff and the dinner at the restaurant was superb! The bar area was cosy too. A very good location, it took us 30 min to walk from the hotel to the old part of the town and it was an interesting walk.
Cons: The bed was a little bit uncomfortable we were with aches and pains on the next day maybe the mattress was too soft for our like? also, the pillow was a long one, it would be better if we had 2 pillows instead of a long one pillow maybe the hotel could consider in changing the pillow system?

Pros: Easy to access by car. Next to a large shopping center.
Cons: Breakfast buffet was not so good (of course not so bad) as for a 4 stars hotel.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We were making a long car trip to visit family in France and wanted a hotel to make the “pit stop” halfway there, and Boulevard was exactly what we needed for a rest. - cleanliness of the room and comfortable bed - staff was cordial - breakfast was not exuberant but had variety and was within expectation. - parking available around the hotel - having a large shopping center and supermarket at walking distance where you can buy anything you need last minute or even eat something quick at the shopping food court. - close to the main highways access - good for travelers passing through the town and that don’t have as main objective to go to the center of city
Cons: Did not register anything that I didn’t like.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was lovely to have a suite
7.1 Good
Cons: I don't understanda why you have to put your bicycle in storage room in carage. I like that there would be that option, but that it is mandatory I don't like.
7.1 Good
Pros: Fantastic location if heading to the jazz festival, ample street parking nearby, cleanliness of facilities.
Cons: Expensive for what it was (imagine there was a price premium due to it being the jazz festival that weekend) and no breakfast or parking included within said price. As an aside, curtains didn't block out the sunlight fully (part of one was 3/4 length which was a bizarre design quirk) and there was no use of an iron (only laundry service offered). No coffee / tea machine in room either which is an oversight in my book.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Top notch property, a huge, comfortable, luxury apartment, extremely friendly staff
Cons: Nothing- It was a little far from the center but there is the most wonderful park through which you can walk the entire way to town

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location brilliant
Cons: So many STAIRS!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: We had a clean room with very comfortable beds street view. Excellent location- walking distance to everything. The hotel has a convenient arrangement with a nearby underground garage for Euros 12.
Cons: We had everything we need for the value. No complaints.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: After arriving hot and tired, I appreciated the welcome and helpful efficiency of the receptionist. The location was perfect and the room was surprisingly spacious. The small eating area by the window was an added treat and the bath - albeit a small one - was an added luxury after walking the Vasco camino. I spent two nights here and was able to rest and sleep well as it was so peaceful. The pillows were excellent. I suffer from neck pain but the pillows at hotel Dato 2 enabled me to have a pain-free time.
5.4 Okay
Pros: It was close to everything and the location is great.
Cons: Found hair and toenails in the bathroom when we first arrived. Reception is very awkward and upstairs and the ladies who were there watched me lug up one suitcase and then another and then proceeded to tell me that my room was on the other side of the hotel and I’d have to bring everything back down again and up another flight of stairs. It would have been helpful to perhaps ask my name, have a luggage service or offer to help me? The shower in our room was beyond a joke, unless you pointed it at your feet it would spray water all over the bathroom and the shower curtain clings to you while you shower. Our single beds were not attached to the bed heads or wall and my boyfriends bed would slide away if he sat up and leans against the wall. Unless you get a better room the only good thing is it’s very close to good food.
6.3 Good
Pros: Receptionist was lovely and location was great.
Cons: I don’t think the photos were a true reflection of the hotel. If you were unlucky enough to not find a car parking space outside for free in this busy city like us then it is a complete nightmare parking 3 minutes away with a car full of things! On arrival the place inside has the tea wow factor and the lady at the desk was so helpful and spoke good English. The hotel said he had already taken and refunded the room before we got there to check card works but we had no bank statements stating this so be careful when booking that you don’t book twice. We still need to wait and see. The room was a real disappointment as we had no hot water and the bath is tiny with no facility to have a shower unless you hold the hand shower above you. There were hairs all over the very old towels and the bed linen didn’t feel clean and had lots of markings the noise levels at night were awful, other residents coming in and out banging around. Even the trickling of water from next door. You could hear every toilet flush or hand wash or shower. Literally every movement and mumbling conversations. So frustrating in the early hours. Our own bed rattled all night due to the headboard not being secure. Great location being in the thick of it but for a family with lots of luggage wanting a peaceful nights sleep. Not ideal. We won’t be returning.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great location, especially if you’re travelling by train. Fantastic decor, splendour of another age. Clean and quiet so long as your neighbouring guests aren’t noisy (thin separating walls). Beware if stairs aren’t your thing. Excellent value in lovely Vitoria-Gasteiz.
Cons: No fridge

Cons: Larger room
6.7 Good

Cons: Too expensive ... but it is san fermin :) Wardrobe was broken but overall ok.
7.9 Good
Pros: beds are great :) location is good.

Pros: The location was ideal for my purposes. The building looked nice enough and thee first lady at reception was verypleasant. The other two were more brusque.
Cons: The room was on the 3rd floor with no lift and no assistance was offered with luggage. The room was dingy. Although there was a Basque-style enclosed balcony there was a sign on all the windows telling you not to open them, (they were painted glass) and it was stuffy and in spite of the "no smoking" sign the bedding smelled of old cigarettes. The towels were small, scratchy and thin. It reminded me of a "hostal" or "pensión" 40 years ago. It was, however, what it was for the price.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We liked everything, the decor of the place was fantastic.the people on reception were very nice.we were offerred help with suitcases on leaving,,we were on the first floor..however there was no lift, but we requested the first floor on booking..about 130 meters from the Railway Station,,Large Carrafor Supermarket 200 meters further on from Hotel..
Cons: If you were not carefull the shower curtain did not always keep the water in the bathtub,,
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly, helpful receptionist. Excellent location in the town centre. Underground car park very close, modern and clean.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: I liked everything
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable beds, great location and good value overall for a brief stay in Vitória-Gasteiz.
Cons: Dated and unnecessarily quirky, as if the quirks (odd/random decor) can mask what makes it rough around the edges.
7.5 Good
Pros: Quirky decor
Cons: Tired bathroom
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Our room was bright comfortable and again very clean. We had a street view from an enclosed balcony which was fabulous. I picked the hotel because of its central location and it's use of stained glass it is really a very impressive building both inside and out.
Cons: Both bathroom & toiletries were basic but spotlessly clean.

Pros: The first room was awful, when we opened the door a very strong cigarette smell came out. We needed to request other room because we’re not going to stay there. The Hotel oils be nice but I saw that maintenance hasn’t been there for many years. I had better Hostels along the Camino De Santiago for a better price.
Cons: That no maintenance has been made during the years and he smell in the room.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was good
Cons: Nothing
7.1 Good
Cons: Room was outdated but clean, breakfast not up to expectations
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great location!
7.1 Good
Pros: The person at the front desk was friendly and tried to give as much information as possible. Location is close to the center of the town and we found free parking right in front of the hotel, so that was convenient. It was nice that the hotel provided complimentary chocolates and water bottles. The toiletries they provided were also nice.
Cons: Check-in took a very long time (there was no line - it just took around 15 minutes for the clerk to do the actual check-in). I found the shower difficult to operate, and it ended up deluging the bathroom in water. The room was a bit narrow and was monopolized by the bed, leaving very little space to fit my suitcase. The place was fine overall, it's just that the inconveniences were annoying - especially when arriving late at night.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The hotel is three blocks from the train station, 2 1/2 blocks if you cut through a plaza. The town's center is equally close, through a very nice park.
Cons: The bathtub/shower is NOT ADA compliant. Very difficult for anyone with mobility issues to use the shower. Breakfast rather meager for the price.

Pros: Receptionist polite but not friendly or welcoming. Did later help as asked. Room larger than expected
Cons: Air con would not cool. Cafeteria dirty, dropped food and papers etc. Difficult to get to counter as clients blocked by using bar stools. Breakfast choices limited to yoghurt and pastries . Apparently only one pastry per two people...

Pros: Atmosphere great, friendly staff All welcoming
Cons: Nothing's
7.5 Good
Pros: The location and the 24 hours service.
Cons: Variety of food
6.3 Good
Pros: Average stop over to be honest. Nothing super good to report. Clean rooms but a bit dated. Location right on the motorway so it’s good as a stop over. Parking seemed safe but no secure garage parking provided. Staff were happy!
Cons: No supermarket on site or near. Only chocolate or sweets from reception. Restaurant seemed to offer normal Spanish food but didn’t try it. WiFi was super buggy & slow. I do this trip very often to and from Portugal and have stayed in various hotels along the route, I had always wanted to stay at this one. It was double the price of my normal stays and I would say half as good. It’s convenient but then I feel there are better options for less price.
10.0 Excellent

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Convenient location for travel,Very helpful friendly staff, excellent value.Good food and wine shopping on site.

Pros: The waiter was really nice and helpful in breakfast, also other workers (reception desk...). The breakfast is fair enough (orange juice, coffee and croissant or similar). It is 10 minutes far from Vitoria's city centre, by car.
Cons: It is a place near the highway, so the outdoors area is not really attractive, but good for a night.
7.1 Good

Pros: Location of apartment was fantastic. We also had good communication with the host. It was very comfortable. The lounge upstairs was a great idea. Able to use the fridge freezer and get tea, coffee and pastries.
Cons: Our room was slightly small. I thought we had booked a bigger one.
4.6 Okay
Pros: The location
Cons: I came for the Ironman Vitoria. All i needed is to have s good sleep before the race and a place to cook. The owner wasn't pleasant at all. She accused me for a problem they had in the toilets. I slept there only one night before the problem occurred and had nothing to do with it. She said that i threw wipes to the toilets. I opened the garbage can to show her my wipes in it and she continued accusing me instead of apologizing. Also she gave me the feeling that i can't use the facilities of the hostel. Her worker was nice but she is not.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location and friendly staff
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The place was in a beautiful location and was very comfortable. The woman at reception was very helpful in answering our questions.
Cons: Nothing.
7.9 Good
Pros: Location and room size were amazing.
Cons: Could’ve been a bit cleaner for the price, but not that it wasn’t clean just wasn’t spotless. There was rarely anyone at reception which we were made aware of through an email but having someone there more often would’ve been more helpful.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Attic bedroom with roof top window with no way to block out light properly so not possible to sleep. Up winding stairs, did not feel that safe in case of fire Price was high considering there is no reception, and no answer to telephone if you called in the afternoon. No toilet brush in bathroom.
7.9 Good
Pros: Clean bright room with comfortable bed in the middle of town
Cons: Air conditioning wasn't very cooling and room was very hot.
7.7 Good

Pros: Close to everything! Walk everywhere.

7.7 Good
Pros: Very friendly staff: they couldn't have been more helpful. The hotel is ideally located in the centre of Vitoria with wonderful views over the square, which, while we were there was alive with festivities, music, drama and pageant. Breakfast was not large but of excellent quality.

Cons:
7.2 Good
Pros: good service, good breakfast, location, free use of internet facilities, stylish and modern rooms.

Cons: It was fine
7.5 Good
Pros: Parking not included, an extra
Cons: Room window to traffic road
9.2 Excellent
Pros: A comfortable, modern hotel in a good location for accessing the city centre. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay!
Cons: Approaching the hotel was confusing, not helped by the fact that our sat nav seemed to think the hotel was in a different location on the street! But once we managed to park on the forecourt and get instructions to get into the garage, parking wasn't too difficult.
6.3 Good
Pros: Location Cafe bar excellent and well run
Cons: Room331 dark unlike when we stayed 2018. I was surprised it was a comfort room. The Piano bar no pianist either night and evening food very disappointing. Request for tissues as none in room advised not a single tissue in hotel. Nothing subsequently hardly what one expects from a 4 star hotel!

Pros: Food was tasty. Breakfast was great.
Cons: Lunch and dinner meal portions were a bit small.

Pros: Good location. Fair rooms. A little bit outdated.

7.5 Good
Pros: The location is very good, very close to the city center. The room itself is nice and modern. Breakfast selection is good. Hotel staff is friendly.
Cons: Our bathroom was really tiny and impossible to move for 2 people. Bath’s floor gets slippery and it can be dangerous. You have to wait longer for the elevator in the morning.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very central and convenient
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location for city centre. Clean and excellent servicing of the room. Breakfast very nice and plenty of variety.
Cons: Reception staff a little clinical and brusque.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Central, easy walk to the old town.
Cons: Nothing all was great
4.8 Okay
Pros: the location is really excellent and the room is good
Cons: - the air condition does not work well during the night. I've complained but received no response; - noisy room; - there was a constant smell of cigarette in the last days. I've complained two times, but nothing was done (as it seems was standard protocol on this hotel)
8.0 Excellent
Pros: A very well located hotel in the centre of the town with lovely views.
Cons: The underground car park was very restricted for larger vehicles.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very good
Cons: Nothing
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location top and very good breakfast
Cons: The mini bar poorly supplied
8.3 Excellent
Pros: We liked to location and the room was a nice size with a nice view of the park. We were appreciative of the staff for allowing us to check into our room a bit early so we didn’t need to store our bags.
Cons: The internet service at the hotel ranged from horribly poor to nonexistent both in the room and in the hotel lobby. We showed a strong WiFi signal but had little or no connection to the outside world. We needed to use our Skyroam hotspot roaming device to get anything accomplished online while at the hotel. While the hotel apparently has an on-site garage parking it was either full or not available to us for some other reason upon our arrival. The public garage is only about 10 minutes away (16 Euro per day) so it worked out OK.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is good for walking, terrible for parking.
Cons: Parking was a problem with the hotel lot full and having to move suitcases several blocks away. I like to have a clothing iron in the room. There was a wedding and we were unable to get an iron to prepare our own clothes for our business meetings.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was amazing

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good and loacation for my purpose was execellant
Cons: i was there for too short to utilise all the facilities
5.8 Okay
Pros: Rooms where good and modern and bed and bathroom were nice
Cons: First night the airco was not working and it was steaming hot which resulted in a bad night of sleep. We had to change room as they could not fix it. Although they did not make any difficulties about a new room, they also didn t seem to care we paid a full rate for a poor sleep.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely building! Ample parking. Marvelous breakfast. Large bathroom.
Cons: Limited to no elevated access with luggage. Wish it had been closer to Old town.
7.4 Good
Pros: Location, walking distance to old town. Room was also very comfortable and good size.
Cons: The fa,ily room was $158US a night. Parking was additional $15 euros and a hassle. Every time we came back and had to park I had to leave the car in front of the hotel, walk over to the reception and wait for the receptionist to be done with whatever she was doing to acknowledge me and open the garage for me. I then had to,switch elevators to get to my room, which was impossible to do during check out, because the maids were using it.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: It was clean, just what we reserved and I found it a great touch that they provided 3 sets of everything since we had 3 beds.
Cons: The reception staff were not the friendliest. And the air conditioning was not good at all.
5.8 Okay
Pros: the location is good. small but nice breakfast , fresh food and comforteble
Cons: i have recieved very small room for 285 euro for a night not even coffe machine- because the room was too small to have it
7.1 Good
Cons: The bedroom was a bit cold. There is no heater to put on, only cold air and it is ridiculous since it is located in Vitoria, a cold area.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Clean, spacious and well furnished. We liked the friendliness of the personnel and how easy it was to get to the city center by foot. The room was quiet and recently renovated. There is paid parking next to the hotel (15 euro/day), but we always found free parking in the streets nearby. We would book again.
Cons: The location was not great, even though it was close to the city center. There were a lot of tall ugly buildings and some not so respectable businesses around the hotel. It is fine if you come back early in the evening, I would not want to come back after midnight.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was in a good location. The room was clean and a good quality one. Everything that I needed was there. Quite a good breakfast.
Cons: To be honest there was nothing that I did not like.
