Pros (+) Tamara was EXTREMELY helpful when making my reservation. There were some date changes I had to make and with the hotel at near capacity, she made this change to suit my needs and ease my mind. Thomas was also very friendly upon check-in.
Cons (-) In room coffee. Breakfast would have been better with hot oatmeal.
