Excellent service
The hotel was amazing...breakfast great..the staff were helpful and the area very convenient.
good hotel
Excellent location building ,very good breakfast, great views
overcharge for wifi
Friendly, efficient staff. Great pool and gym on the 43 rd floor with views of warsaw.
I have no complaints.
The gym was great.
Location
If you do not have a laptop they should at least let you have free internet in the lobby
The quality of the rooms - great bed, view, bathroom, cleaniness, breakfast delivered to the room.
The staff was not so nice, once I felt even offended when I went with my husband to the pool and the man from the help desk handed a form for adults only to my husband and when I asked if it is only one per room or what, he asked loudly and with surprise: "And you already had your 18th birthday?!".
The very center of Warsaw, good service ,very nice rooms
The breakfast was superb.Everything was so fresh and tasty. It is also ideally located withineasy reach of public transport
I was very happy with everything
+ the rooftop pool and jacuzzi, very nice birds-eye perspective views on the city (altough personel seemed very unhappy a little bit everywhere in the hotel ...) & pool was - maybe as expected - a little overcrowded.
- - most incompetent hotel staff i ever had in Warszawa ( better go to the Marriot, the Westin, Hotel Diana, and many others for a correct client service ) They charge our credit card for the double (!) amount even one week after checking out (we paid everything correctly @ check-out) & after checking-in with my wife, the morning after they only had breakfast for one, taxi we ordered the night before to catch an airplane was not in time, husband checking out earlier than his wife was apparently a problem, pool service was quite unfriendly, & a lot of other mistakes were made. Finally, after expensive calls from Brussels to Poland, they told us that all mistakes are to blame on booking.com and ourselves. We never go back there.

services and facilities were up to 5 star standard Staff tried hard to help
the price of the inroom internet was excessive and meant that i would not use it
The spa/healthclub and pool area on the 43rd floor with a panoramic view of the city is great! The concierge at the hotel is the best to ask for recomendations. And the comfort of the room and the roomservice menu get top points as well! You definitely get value for money here.
The service from the hotel staff was polite, but not overly warm and friendly.
View from the swimming pool
No breakfast , late brunch time on sunday, no nice waiting area in the lobby.
