La situación, las habitaciones.
I have two questions: 1. Is it normal to call our door at 8:30 in the morning to ask what time we leave? 2. How is it possible that upon arrival when asked by a parking offer us at 59 $ / day service for our car, when there is a parking lot in the building that costs $ 27? It seems me well if they only report their service, but that "do not advise" the parking of others, I find it wrong.
Everything is clean and seems new. The people are nice.
There is no water at the lobby and it was very hot! There is no free coffee in the morning. Many hotels provide water and coffee. Everything was fine, but not amazing. I would go to another place next time.
The facilities were beautiful.
They don’t offer any complimentary water, but instead charge over $10 USD for a bottle of water. After a long trip, people are typically exhausted and would appreciate some complimentary water at such an expensive hotel. Also, they charge you for things that you should not be charged for.
