Pros (+) The price was right for a three day conference. Location good, bed comfortable environs safe.
Cons (-) Only one ice machine in the building (first floor), no mini- fridge in room, coffee available only on first floor, one of two elevators was broken. Room very sparsely furnished - only one chair

Pros (+) Staff and room were perfect for what we needed. We had a very pleasurable stay and the staff was very friendly and pleasant.

Cons (-) The hotel seemed a little dated and old. Fancy — but old. Needs a renovation soon.
