Pros: Very clean
Cons: No
6.3 Good
Pros: Th property was easy to get to, the staff seems friendly.
Cons: I got the king size room for my daughter and I, in the description it says “every room comes with a refrigerator and microwave”.... we don’t have either, so the food we brought so that we didn’t have to leave once we were here was wasted or not eaten. I assumed the bathroom would have a tub so I brought along bubble bath for my daughter, but there is no tub, just a shower, which the shower curtain isn’t long enough for and water gets all over the floor and makes it very slick. The pool is okay, very very chemically smelling in there(which I know is common with indoor pools, but this was overwhelming) and the hot tub is broken. Th fitness area has had its fair share of love, the equipment is pretty worn and the treadmill is out of order. Also, it snowed 2 days prior to our stay, which I understand they can’t control the weather, but we didn’t even get an inch of snow and the parking lot is a solid sheet of ice, so I feel like that should be maintained much better.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and Staff was excellent
Cons: Frozen eggs. Cable wasn’t that good
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and staff very courteous to help in any way
Cons: Rating should be a ***3star not a two

Pros: It was conveniently located
Cons: During the four days - no cleaning (the room was extremely dusty when we arrived) no maid service of ANY kind - no trash pick up (we were told we had to take our trash to the dumpster)- no one ever was available at front desk - had to ask for towels
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location nice big room
Cons: Be nice to have microwave and fridge
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Could stand to clean the shower better. At least in our room. The overhead light in the bathroom was burnt out. No USB ports in our room. All it would take is a little updating of furniture. A refrigerator would of been a us.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff nice and rooms clean. Exceeded star should be 3.5

4.0 Okay
Pros: The breakfast was amazing and I liked the book study area

Pros: After complaining about our room’s air conditioner not working properly, we were moved to an upgraded room. The room was better but definitely not 4 star worthy.

Pros: Everything was pretty good!!!! The size of the rooms are ideal for me and family, always clean and comfortable... and the price is great.
Cons: There isn’t anything I didn’t like!!
6.0 Good
Cons: bathrooms and kitchen need to be cleaner. beds have been clean always. Pool feels like it has to much of a chlorine smell and makes eyes burn.
6.0 Good
Pros: Good fruit selection. Waffles were good, bread did not get refilled and the lady’s working in the breakfast room were talking loudly in the back room, it seemed like only one was doing all the work and items were not being refilled. My boys loved the basketball court.
Cons: Garbages were overflowing, running out of items and not being refilled. Walls and ceilings were thin, could hear conversations and walking above. Bathroom ceiling was cracked. There was an event at the Civic Center so parking was hard to find as people were parking in the hotel parking lot. Pictures gave the impression that you were located close to the water and a nice patio area. Not true.

1.0 Poor
Pros: Location
Cons: No hot water, hallway smelled (found out I was in pet area of hotel), electronic door lock malfunctioned repeatedly. I left the hotel after my first night of two night stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very spacious, the pool was surprisingly open which we were very happy about, the bed was very comfortable, the whirlpool worked perfectly, the AC unit was functioning great, and the staff was very pleasant. I was happy that they attempted to give breakfast for people through this COVID.
Cons: The only possible thing I could ask for was more pillows. There was 4 on the bed but i just would have liked more. I also did not call and ask for additional so really wasnt a negative.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location, and value are awesome.
Cons: We have stayed at this property before, in a King room, and haven’t had any issues. This time we stayed in a King Suite, and the couch and chair in the room were so stained, I wouldn’t sit on them. The bathroom was clean, but the shower curtain was missing. We are guessing they were short staffed do to the Pandemic, and we will give them another chance in the future. Everyone has an off day
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was fantastic. Great variety. Freshness. Fitness room had bottled water and towels.
Cons: Pool to crowded. Tv small for a large room with couch/reading area.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Staff was super nice. Greeted us whenever we saw them...desk, hallways, etc.
Cons: This poor hotel needs upgrades ASAP. In the room, carpet needs deep cleaned, chair and couch had obviously visible large stains. The couch had a large tear in the front. The bathroom lightbulbs need to be changed as we had to tap on them to make them work. The curtains in bedroom need to be reinstalled on the tracks. They did not close all the way. I’m a loyal CI&S customer. This hotel building/guest rooms need TLC so it can be a good home away from home again.

Cons: Birthday party in pool with lots of kids who had no respect for others. Too many people allowed in pool for size
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Property was about 15 mins from our destination.
Cons: That we could not pay cash when we arrived. Normally we pay cash as soon as we arrive, then put a Credit Card up for incidentals but this hotel’s policy would not allow us to do so. Would only accept your cash at checkout.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All good
Cons: None
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The pool was open. They have pet accommodations. They had immediate availability.
Cons: Considering we stayed during Covid-19, I was very impressed. It did not have the high quality I might have expected from the Radisson brand, but for the cost it was exceptional and the pool was open. My children, dogs and I were escaping our home during remodeling, this hotel was a great break from the chaos at our place.

Cons: The floor of our room was very dirty this time. It looked clean, and usually is, but walking on the carpet with bare feed left a lot of dark marks on our feet. It wasn't enough for me to call the front desk though - we just wore socks.

Cons: Some of the Towels was old... Paint chipped off of walls and doors
7.0 Good
Pros: The room was comfortable, clean, roomy, and the front desk staff was friendly. It was quiet at night. Didn't seem to be any rowdy guests. The clerk was quick to respond and attentive and happy to answer all my questions. He was right there when we arrived and check-in was smooth and we were in our room in a short amount of time.
Cons: The rooms have obviously been around for a while. They are clean, comfortable and not run down (I won't hesitate to stay here again), but it's clear they have not been updated/remodelled in a while. The outside has been painted recently but the rooms seem to be original to the hotel. At least the one we stayed in.

Pros: It was really pretty
5.0 Okay
Pros: We stayed there because it is where we stayed 20 years ago on our wedding night. We also had our wedding reception at this facility. So it was a bit of nostalgia for us.
Cons: Walking in, it smells like stale cigarette smoke as well as a bit musty. The check in staff greeted us friendly enough, but my husband asked if we need a reservation for table 19 or if it’s okay to just go in for dinner. She said no reservation was needed. We waited for it To open at the bar and had a drink. The bar staff were Luke warm, I was thinking of having another glass of wine and may have if she came back to ask. The restaurant was finally open, then the hostess said they had no openings until 8:30. So- back to the bar to order dinner and sat there another hour and half- NOBODY came into that restaurant to eat. Saw a regular menu along with your Valentine’s Day menu-- meal prices were more than on regular menu. My wine was $12 where on the menu the highest price was the $11 glass of Hess I was not given Hess.

Pros: I liked that it’s on the river front we had a beautiful room.
Cons: There were dirty wash clothes in our bathroom from the previous guest and hand prints all over the mirrors. With COVID-19 it was alarming that the house keeping staff isn’t cleaning the room properly. We were too tired to call down to the desk as we spent our entire day moving into our new home.

Pros: Wonderful breakfast are provided to anyone who are staying at the hotel, I am very amazed by the flavor and seasoning! The room I’ve requested for, double queen bed, I am very impressed to see that it has decent size of space to be able to walk around in the room. It has lovely lobby with musicians coming into the room, always love the sound! In overall rate I’d give, about 5/5 stars. I’m very pleased and would come back to Stoney Creek Hotel again.

Cons: Nothing
4.0 Okay
Pros: Room was nice. Beds comfortable.
Cons: The hotel is beautiful ..the rooms clean and comfortable ..pool area was my main issue...I counted 59 young kids..hot tub was full of kids with floaties (under 7 yr)and no adult..when went to desk was told "they are not all staying". My whole purpose was to relax and use pool ,hot tub. Day 1 full of kids day 2 was told pool closed due to poo in pool..hot tub full of kids because pool closed..kids ran hallways and common areas all night even outside bar. $200 to hear kids scream...won't try that again.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: the staff was great except for one, amazing breakfast!
Cons: it was my daughter birthday party they swam all night which was great! as walking down the stairs (very buisy time at 4pm) I heard the pm lady at the front desk tell my children quiet down I can here you from all the way down here, one flight of steps down. I did not appreciate this as this was a bit of a rush hour with kids running all over the place as soon as I arrived at the front desk. I did not like the way she spoke to my kids as they were just excited and were not loud nor running

Pros: That they immediately took care of us
Cons: The water line broke in bathroom and woke to a very wet bathroom
5.0 Okay
Pros: There was a band playing at the hotel for an event and we could hear it all the way on the 6th floor when we were trying to sleep. The hotel could use much better sound proofing and acoustic management. I can’t imagine how disturbing it was for guests on lower levels. We needed to be up early the next morning for travel and it made for a very poor nights sleep. Once the. And finished playing there was lots of noise in the hallway outside of our room which continued off and on until 4am.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice room.
Cons: The steak house in the hotel wasn't up too my expectations and my wife and I both felt sick from the mashed potatoes which tasted like they used a whole bottle of garlic salt in them. The parmesan crust on my steak was also awful and too much salt.

2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Tv
Cons: Bugs
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Unfortunately, because of COVID-19 there was no coffee or anything else for that matter - i.e. no room cleaning, no trash take-out, no towel or TP deliveries, unless the latter two were asked for specifically. I did not leave a tip for the simple reason that I basically received few if any services during my 6 days there. I liked the location because it was fairly quiet and off the beaten track, so I felt secure there. However, on the night of my fifth day, there was a loud party in the room above me with people outside carrying on until 2:30 a.m. and I did not feel comfortable confronting the people about this. In spite of the noise, I was still able to sleep since I can sleep through virtually anything! Still I might consider another place to stay if or when I return to the Peoria area. At least this room had a place to put my luggage on and had good cable TV, as compared to the dump I stayed in at Pekin, Illinois last July!
Cons: There was an odor in the room and I think it was from cigarette smoke and who knows what else. Also the noise from the partiers in the room above and next to mine.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Room not clean. No breakfast. Not enough towels. No toilet paper. No Kleenex. No shampoo or conditioner. The hotel gave me napkins in place of toilet paper. Etc...
6.0 Good
Pros: Locatoon
Cons: Price
4.0 Okay
Pros: The semi truck parking
Cons: I had to call and ask for room service than had to clean my own room
7.0 Good
Pros: Hotel employee could not have been nicer or more polite. Yet she was criticized by her fellow desk workers for providing me with a receipt when they refused on my departure. (By the way my room was spotless.)
Cons: Refusal to provide a receipt on my departure. I have been in the Air Force for almost 30 years and I have NEVER been refused a receipt on my departure until now.

Cons: Nothing bad to say
10.0 Excellent

Pros: Staff nice and rooms clean. Exceeded star should be 3.5
