Great staff. Cool room. Great bar & restaurant.
Wish they had a better coffee setup.
Had to leave as they had no wifi
I had to leave because they had no wifi and I needed to work. They then charged my card anyway. Now I have to deal with that.
Nice breakfast-made to order omelette.
Romm was kind of small. Phone did not work. Sink drained slowly.
Staff was not helpful at all. Rooms booked were not what I received Rooms lacked enough hangers
Great staff, clean rooms
The staff was fantastic. Friendly, helpful and genuinely concerned for our needs. The room was clean and nice size. It is also very quiet.
Could have used a comfy Chair to sit and read in and a small table or night stand on both sides of the bed. not a big deal, just would have been nice.
Just as good as last time
Our group of six (3 couples) enjoyed our one night stay to see a show at the Civic Center. We liked: Welcoming comfy lobby Free shuttle Frig in the room Decorating in the rooms Breakfast and flavored coffee 2 complimentary drink tickets Comfy bed, linens and pillows Close parking Helpful front desk staff
I'll let you know if I figure out something.
Clean I felt very safe as a woman traveling alone. Very quiet.
My room faced east and only had wooden blinds that didn't shut all the way. I had the vapor lights from the parking lot across the street all night and the sun in the morning.
The most comfortable and consistently quality stay in Peoria.
Surprised at how nice it was - everything. .the room, the staff, the cocktails, the breakfast, and the price.
Lobby has style & charm - impressive as you enter. Designed to curl up with a great book! Charming, helpful & polite staff. Fabulous food with ambiance to boot. Lovely riverfront view. Pleasantly more than we were expecting. Close walk to riverfront dining/museums/shops. Fridge/microwave a bonus in room. Would definitely recommend. As a mom, I felt safe staying w my son during a college tour visit.
Occasional minor hall noise from other guests in PM, although we were directly across from ice/sodas & elevator, so not entirely surprising. Otherwise, all else was great.
