Pros (+) Great staff. Cool room. Great bar & restaurant.

Cons (-) I had to leave because they had no wifi and I needed to work. They then charged my card anyway. Now I have to deal with that.

Pros (+) The staff was fantastic. Friendly, helpful and genuinely concerned for our needs. The room was clean and nice size. It is also very quiet.

Pros (+) Clean I felt very safe as a woman traveling alone. Very quiet.
Cons (-) My room faced east and only had wooden blinds that didn't shut all the way. I had the vapor lights from the parking lot across the street all night and the sun in the morning.

Pleasantly more than we were expecting. Close walk to riverfront dining/museums/shops. Fridge/microwave a bonus in room. Would definitely recommend. As a mom, I felt safe staying w my son during a college tour visit...
Cons (-) Occasional minor hall noise from other guests in PM, although we were directly across from ice/sodas & elevator, so not entirely surprising. Otherwise, all else was great.
