Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore the city and access parking. Many found the staff to be friendly and helpful, though a few experienced unprofessional or unfriendly service, particularly at breakfast. While the breakfast is generally considered good and varied, some guests reported chaotic service or extra charges. Cleanliness is mostly satisfactory, but a few reviews mention issues with bathroom conditions and bedding. The most common complaint is about the small size of the rooms and limited space, which affected comfort for several guests. Overall, the hotel offers good value and a pleasant atmosphere for a short stay, especially for those prioritizing location.
