I booked through Kayak, but the attendant at the hotel remarked that it was through Expedia. Anyhow, my payment got processed but when I arrived to the hotel, the attendant said initially that there were no rooms available. Then he mentioned that there were a few, but they were in differing states or repair or had another issue. Mine smelled strongly of smoke and mold and the tub had a black stain...

Pros (+) Staff were helpful getting the detailed receipt that was needed for my expense report. Also helpful in printing directions and advising on places to go, restarants, etc.
