Pros (+) The room was comfortable. I like the layout of the room. It was clean but well used.
Cons (-) However, it's pretty dated. Everything has a worn-down feel to it. The free breakfast isn't great. The eggs are always way undercooked and watery. I typically ate a bowl of cereal because the food just tasted bad. Also, there is no room service which sucked.

Pros (+) I found the atrium very luxurious. The rooms were beautiful regardless of outside view. The parking was incredibly accommodated and the hotel location was perfect. For the money best hotel around

Pros (+) Christine at the Desk! She tried her very best to take care of us, and gets full marks for her help, demeanor and empathy. The same for Ed at the bar and breakfast...
Cons (-) The hotel had roaches, the room had full instead of queen beds, the pool area was not nice and being worked on noisily, and the elevators were very slow.
