I was not there, so why did I get a stupid survey?
Checking if I actually was there.....
Awesome place to stay, super convenient to gondalas
Nothing
Fun in Whistler
Good location, friendly and helpful, welcoming staff. Large, clean, comfortable rooms.
Late night into early morning loud music from some bar/restaurant. Not sure if it was from the hotel or from a nearby location.
A great time
They were more than accomidating, they have an awesome party on thursdays called Swedish apres ski I believe. The staff was really nice and courteous and our room was very nice, spacious and had a full kitchen. Walk to the lift and all the hot spots in town takes about 3-5 minutes depending on how hungover you are from the previous night! Whistler is a great time, I would suggest it to anyone!
The hot tub outside is very small and it's also not warm enough to be refreshing. For me a temperate hot tub is essential to help with sore muscles from skiing/ boarding. Also they let little kids in the hot tub. Although I love kids, I'm not trying to hear them screaming/playing while I'm trying to relax on my vacation in the hot tub. However the indoor hot tub is a touch warmer but still not warm enough.
Overall disappointing
Large room, centrally located in whistler village
Tried the Hilton thinking it was a step up but was disappointed. Beyond a larger room I have stayed at better 3* hotels and got better service and the same location. Ski arrangements with summit sports was inconvenient with lines of people (no priority) and limited service yet paid a premium!! Cheaper to rent with black tie or intersport with better quality equipment! Will not stay at the Hilton again... to top it all as I went through a 3rd party they didn't honor m'y HH membership! Guess my business will go elsewhere next time
Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
Location and staff were excellent
dental floss left under corner of bed on floor. When you purchase on a discount website the hotels tend to give you rooms in the older part of the hotel etc.
Great place to stay
Thè central location makes up for any thing that might have been wrong.
For a Hilton it felt very dated, and basic. Honestly felt like staying at a Super 8. Was very surprised given the Hilton brand. The bed was very soft, to the point of providing very little support.
the staff was very responsive to our calls about noisy radio in the next room,
The room was actually clean, staff was super friendly and outgoing.
Parking was $30.00 a night, I know all the hotels in Whistler charge for parking but paying $100.00 after taxes on top of the cost for the room for 3 nights just for parking seems a little steep.
It was close to the village and activities.
Location on edge of main village, rooms are a good size and well furnished. Sound insulation is good, bed very comfortable. All staff I met were very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
Charge of 25 CAD per day for car parking is high. No oven in the room only hob and microwave.
Good Location Excellent Facilities
Room was great, perfect for what we needed, staff at the front desk had a really hard time explaining the charges to our credit card, when all they needed to say was its a damage deposit.
The Hotel is beautifully positioned right in the heart of Whistler. The quality of everything about the Hotel is superb.
The suite was clean, comfotable and reasonably priced. A really good stay. We were upgraded from a room to a suite. Nice..........
We were upgraded to a large room with kitchenette. If was comfortable with good TV.
We spent 10 days travelling, and this was the only hotel that did not offer a continental breakfast or free parking. The price to park was outrageous, and we still had to park a long way from the door.
