Whistler Car Rentals

Cons: I didn't like the fact that after dropping off the car on Sunday (the office was closed) I found a paper stating that I am responsible for the car until the next business day. I find this unfair. I could keep the car in safer location till the next business day. I wasn't reimbursed for more gas I brought with the car than it was available.

Cons: Pickup too far from airport, but was able to drop off at airport even though the rental place said it would cost an eclxtra $50 to do so, but the airport rental waived this

Cons: Wasn't even opened for business the day I booked my car..

Cons: I would have appreciated a notice of a few different traffic signals in BC since they saw my drivers license was from Quebec.

Cons: There is no Avis sign outside the building, so we drove around the place for a while, unable to find it. We eventually called, and the lady explained that we had to park at the hotel, and there was a counter inside. It was a little confusing.

Cons: I tried calling to confirm the reservation the day before. I called 5 times - once I was told they'd call me back and they never did. I called 3 more times and no one answered. The last time, they put me on hold for 20 minutes, and I had to hang up before someone got to me because I had an appointment.
