Worst customer relations
Nothing to like
We had to cancel last minute due to sickness of 2 family members and I called night before to request some concideration for partial refund or maybe using at a different time. Cancellation policy was 48 hours and I called 18 hours prior to. Nothing was refunded of 4 days and we lost 1400 even though we have hospital records show that we cannot travel. I will continue to stay at Hilton or Westin. Will stay away from doing business with Listel.

They told me my name wasn't on the booking despite me booking with my visa card and paying in full before hand had to call a booking agent and get them to call. We had to move rooms once, as the first room stunk of smoke, had cigarette burns, gum on the phone, and toilet hadn't been cleaned, then the second room wasn't any better but we were only there for 2 days on a non refundable booking so we couldn't be bothered to keep moving rooms. Or room was right beside the lobby and maids room so noise was 24/7. On check out they tried to charge us for an additional couple despite the original booking already had been for 4 people. Anyways terrible and dirty place. If it had one positive its that the location is great. Apologies for the poor grammar and spelling as I'm on my phone
A great option in Whistler
Excellent location, awesome staff, very affordable. Rooms are clean and quiet.
Parking is expensive, although that's the same with hotels around it.
Great location for exploring the Whistler area!
Proximity to restaurants and shops, as well as being the closest hotel to the conference center (the business part of my trip!). The free breakfast was a great option for rushed mornings.
While in our room, we could clearly hear the shower and sink in the next room and it sounded so loud that we thought it was coming from our room! May not be a great choice for noise sensitive sleepers.
Not worth the money
Staff is awesome. They try to help you through all your problems as far as they can. The location of the hotel is good, right in the village.
Hotel needs major updates. Totally dated rooms and equipments. For a place like whistler it is expected that rooms are well heated at the very least! The heater in the room was non functional. Staff provided us with portable heater. In additional to that the carpet in the room was damp and icy cold for some reason. Overall the entire experience of sleeping for a night was terrible. Free wifi sucks and keeps dropping connection every few minutes. Free breakfast is lame few muffins, toasts, coffee etc.

Rooms are comfortable. TV is nice. Hotel is steps away from downtown Whistler.
hot tub was broken for 50% of the time we were there. Parking is an extra $18 per day. No A/C in room.
