Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel for its convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms, and generally comfortable atmosphere. However, there were recurring complaints about the lack of amenities such as air conditioning, kettles, and soap, as well as mixed opinions on the breakfast quality. Some guests also noted issues with room facilities and noise, but overall the positives outweighed the negatives for many visitors.
