Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, convenient location for exploring Windsor, and the overall cleanliness of the rooms. Many found the breakfast to be enjoyable with a good variety, and appreciated the value for money. However, some guests reported issues with bed comfort, particularly with sofa beds and mattresses, and a few mentioned noise concerns and limited breakfast options. Cons (-) Had my teenage son with us. Sofa bed was dusty and sags badly...very uncomfortable. Toilet was smelly probably coming from the pipes. However, is very good.
