Compact SUV

Had a great experience with renting a car from them. Wonderful staff who offered to pick me up, served coffee, and were quick to respond if I had any questions. When I first booked the car I was very hesitant since the international brand "Economy car" has some terrible operating staff in other countries, but those here in Warsaw Poland are amazing, so don't hesitate renting a car from them.

Intermediate station wagon

Rented another vehicle class considering 5 passengers and a luggage, yet the vehicle class (wagon) was not available at the time of rent. Was offered way smaller vehicle and because of that, we ended up renting another vehicle to be able to fit everyone. Not what we expected

Cons:

HORRIBLE experience. showed up and they wouldn't give me a car without an international drivers license. said it was clearly stated in the rental agreement. it was not. also lied and said it was illegal to drive in Poland as an American without an int. license. That said, they still offered to let me (illegally?) have the car if I paid the full insurance rate through sixt of $42 per day which would raise the price of my rental $600. screw off. total scam. had to pay cancellation fee and first three days of rental. criminal. went across to helpful gentlemen at Europcar and rented a car at the onsite, no reservation, inevitably high price that was still cheaper than what Sixt wanted to charge me. they laughed and said they didn't know about any requirement for international drivers license in Poland but wished us a pleasant stay. Poland was delightful. Sixt was garbage. I will never rent from them anywhere, ever. Also will dissuade anyone from using them.

Pros:

Nothing, I did not get the BMW. Car without insurance, cost $480. They offered me insurance for another $650. I did not want to pay the insurance. If I see the car , it has more damages then was reported. I did not take the car and I lost my $480, in 20 minutes.If you want to loose money go to Sixt

Cons:

Take a look closely to your competitors. Next door I got a similar car for $400 with insurance. I was responsibility only up to $800. Not 100% like at Sixt. Sixt trying sell me the same insurance for another $650. At competition I got it included in the car price!!!!

The Enterprise staff member in Bydgoszcz did not know I was returning the car at the specified place and time. (I called in advance.) He stated that this was a last minute reservation (which it was not) and tried to obfuscate and justify his lack of preparedness. My suggestion is for the company actually to train their people in dealing with public and to incentivize staff members to look at IT systems showing drop offs and pick ups well in advance.

Pick up was a bit weird , the employee told me that they have no office at the airport. So we had to drive about 10 minutes . Then we did the paperwork inside the car and he left. So we did not need to leave the airport where my family was waiting. It took us about 35 minutes at all.. Car was almost new, that was nice . But it jad all season tires, so it was very noisy and we could not hear each other

They are asking deposit in the counter before taking the keys of car. There is 2 options, 8000 PLN deposit, or you have to buy 400 PLN insurance, and then 500 deposit. It is another way to take people's money. Company is basically forcing you to pay another 400 PLN in that way. Pathetic.

Passenger Van

Like the effort agent was putting forth to get cars but it also took about 30 minutes to get the car because she was the only one there. After pick up car was not washed outside or cleaned inside. Before departure found washing fluid leaking from the car. I was told the manager would call me to find a replacement but never did. After leaving with the car AdBlue (some liquid you need for diesel engine) tank was empty and I had to pay to get it added at a gas station. Still waiting for a refund. Car worked great for the road trip.

Compact station wagon

Routers Car & Truck Rentals not provide for us car which one we are requesting., plus another clients was scam from that company. Not recommended for another travelers.

Everything was good except we had to put down a large security deposit up front which we did not know about. Also, no one was at the desk when we arrived, but we called and someone showed up fairly quickly. Drop off was a breeze and very convenient.

Standard station wagon

When I arrived the person at the counter informed me that my car was given away and they had no car for me. I tried to contact the insurance provider to refund my funds as the services were never provided but haven’t heard back. If you can assist in this process it would be greatly appreciated.

Cons:

I paid for automatic; got a manual transmission car. The front desk - uniquely unfriendly - lacking serious customer service, basic communication skills, required International Drivers license. We did not have it, so they charged us additional 25o dollars for the duration of the rental. This is just beyond awful. I have never had this kind of negative experience.
