Pros (+) Location within walking distance of bus station and lake. Breakfast was good. Room is spacious
Cons (-) Sound proofing and insulation non existent. Sounds passes right through walls and doors. The plumbing echo was the most annoying plus we were allocated a room right next to the lift and every time it was being used, it was annoying the hell out of me. Fortunately the operation ceases at 10 pm
