The hotel is close and quiet, which is great for layovers no doubt. However, everything was closed, sure it was midnight but it's an in airport hotel. The bar, the restaurant, and room service, closed. Dozen people arrived, three staff at the desk typing, only one person checking guests in, the rest of the staff ignoring the line. The one agent had to explain everything again and again to every guest and each expressed the same shock. After 20 minutes to check in, I'm tired and frustrated and offered a soon to expire salad. No wine, only what's in the vending machines which was limited. Bed was squeaky and I simply wanted to leave as quickly as possible. As a Marriott Elite member, that was overlooked and inconsequential, digital key didn't work and wasn't delivered. Of course this is a unique time, but a hotel is more than a room, I think Sheraton and Marriott forgot this and the needs of guest traveling who desperately need this type of hotel in Brussels.
