Pros: Everything was very good, Philip is very friendly and the room perfect clean and comfortable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was continental style, and we were served personally by Filip. There was fresh fruit on offer, eggs and a combination of breads, meats and cheeses. The setting was wonderful, downstairs in a dining area near the kitchen. There was wonderful furniture all around, with lighting showing off art and pictures. It was quiet as we seemed to be the only guests at the time so it meant direct service and being well taken care of. The whole house looked great, lots of period features. It was in an excellent location, with a park nearby and within a few minutes walking distance of the beach. Filip also gave us some recommendations such as a great restaurant, and when we wanted to go to Bruges, suggested taking the train which worked out well.
Cons: We came with our dogs - they were made very welcome and we were well supported with them. Only one small point - we needed to climb many flights of steps to the top of the building to our room and that was not so easy with our dogs
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely decoration. fantastic bronzes pictures everywhere. Lot of attention to detail.
Cons: 8 small flights of stairs. My bad knee struggled to top floor room. This isn't a criticism. It is what it is. Next time though I'd make sure it was lower floor room.

7.3 Good
Pros: A beautiful hotel which was very comfortable. We didn't eat in the hotel but had drinks in the bar a couple of times which was very pleasant. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. The pool complex was beautiful and relaxing, the only complaint would be the pool could have been made a little bigger. Saying this there were never many people there so it was not really a problem. The hotel is very central and the shops and attractions are nearby. We would recommend a canal boat trip.
7.7 Good
Pros: Service from front desk staff is excellent and friendly. Rooms are large and very comfortable, with separate tub and large stand-up shower. You will sleep very well here! 9.5 Excellent
Pros: Loved the following: excellent central location, the romantic interior decoration and furnishings, a room with a great view, and the very friendly and welcoming staff. Although we had no special requests, I had the impression the staff would have gone out of their way to accommodate if we had. Parking in the nearby garage at a discounted rate is a definite plus.
Cons: The only downsides: the double twin mattresses instead of a proper king-size bed gave less-than-ideal comfort throughout the night, although this was not a huge issue. The hotel breakfast fee seemed a bit high for what was on offer compared to other options nearby the hotel.

Pros: Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room matched the description. Breakfast is also good. Great venue and value
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Don't judge a book by its cover. From the outside the hotel is not so recognizable, but the owners have turned the inside into a very nice and comfy B&B. Very hospitable and friendly staff, super clean room and bathroom with soft towels. Varied and tasty breakfast. Good location, situated near Casino Middelkerke. We would definitely stay here again for a shortstay at the seaside.
Cons: On a very personal note: the bed was a bit too hard for my back but sizewize it was a proper double bed. The hotel does not offer parking, but there are parking facilities nearby (and its free during winter season). Don't let the tramline put you off. We had a room at the front and it was very soundproof so you don't hear the tram driving by.

6.8 Good
Pros: The location was great and the staff were very helpful. My room was nice and quiet. The bathtub was very nice and big!
Cons: The hotel is really a combination of different buildings, and temperature varies wildly. Some areas were stiflingly hot. furniture in the lobby was strangely modern for a historic area, and some of it was shabby. There was a strange smell that permeated much of the hotel, including the lobby, the common bathrooms, and my room.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The receptionist was welcoming, happy and helpful. Although we had stayed a few times previous she was very helpful with pointing out the nearby attractions and helped us with the train timetable. Leaving our luggage and early check in was no problem and collecting our luggage after check out was very much appreciated. Thus making it easier to spend more time in Brugge. The hotel is adjacent to many amenities, 5 minutes from the coach park, 10 minutes from the train/bus station and at the top of the street one of the main streets into central Brugge, yet very quiet. The breakfast is excellent with a full variety to meet all requirements
Cons: The restaurant is only open for breakfast.

Cons: The water pressure was not fantastic & the breakfast options were a bit limited. It’s very easy to find a cafe close and have breakfast there instead.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Everything was close to the hotel. They also even arranged us a late arrival when we arrived past midnight due to train cancellations
10.0 Excellent
Pros: My favourite hotel in Bruges, and one of my favourites in Europe. Everything perfect, good breakfast, quiet location but close to all sights. Eat in nearby perfect Jan Van Eyck Plein. Changed hands recently but without affecting quality.
Cons: What's not to like?
9.7 Excellent
Pros: We have stayed at the Bryghia Hotel a number of times. Whilst not the most posh or plush hotel it is also not an impersonal hotel and we have always found the owners to be extremely helpful and polite. the position of the hotel means you can walk in a few minutes to the main areas of Brugge along with it's restaurants and bars and the breakfasts are great. Will no doubt be there again.
7.5 Good
Pros: Rooms were clean and tidy. Double bed was comfortable.
Cons: Rooms were too small for the size of the double bed. The hotel tried to accommodate for all things nice. But on this occasion less would have been more. The room we had also got very warm, no a/c so had to open the window which led to being bitten by mossies.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, staff friendliness, comfort & facilities of the room...
Cons: Nothing really!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Canal view was fantastic. Friendly helpful staff. Well located for entire old center of town. Could and did walk everywhere. Good size room and super clean.
Cons: No issues.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast area and beautiful surrounding . Hotel is located in an old town . Short walk from the main attractions .
Cons: Well , I guess it wasn’t as friendly as I thought it would be . Very quite and hush hush . Not sure if I felt comfortable with that . But this place is definitely for people who likes quite time and couples who want to escape the hustle and bustle .

Pros: Location
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was awesome, helpful in any situation and very attentive to every need. The location is perfect and quieter than the more touristy areas, but still easily walkable to tourist attractions, or you can choose to use one of their bicycles free of charge. The breakfast was delightful as well and again, the staff couldn’t have been more attentive. I would highly recommend.
Cons: A little warm, but there is a fan provided which was more than adequate.

Cons: I cannot think of anything that could be better, to be fair.

Pros: The location, outside of Brugge close to the cornfields was perfect for us. We were welcomed with organic and a super delicious home made appeltart and tea. The organic and ecological concept of the accommodation as well of the hosts was very impressive and we loved it as we also are very concious about food and the environment. The room/appartment had a touch of an African Lodge and we enjoyed to listen to nature and silence in the evening. The hosts were very caring and offered us a very nice organic breakfast and we enjoyed to get to know them when we decided to have breakfast together. Thank you Ann & Patt, greetings from Desi & Jessy

9.5 Excellent
Pros: This is a good hotel in a great position on the beachfront and also near the town and shops. The rooms are big and well appointed , it has a good pool and spa on the upper floor. Its right next to the casino. We would stay again.
Cons: It has underground parking but drive slowly its tight. But very convenient.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location is right on the beach, hotel facilities are fine and the parking space price is good. Breakfast is nice and there are many choices for every diet.
Cons: The room was not particularly clean. Vacuuming was done one time in my 6 days stay and very superficial. Dust was having a party under the beds. The balcony was unusable, very dirty, no light bulb and I believe that something was nesting in the place where that light bulb should have been. Restaurant staff is not very polite and after one staff member set us down at the table another came and claimed that the table was reserved (for breakfast) and she did not believe that a staff member invited us to stay at that table.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great room, wonderful breakfast! Great place right on the beach!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff is very friendly, the room was very clean and we really enjoyed the breakfast. There was a little robot greeting the people in the hallway that kids loved and the location of the hotel is great, right next to the beach. They also have a nice swimming pool.

Pros: Overall just a great experience, would definitely recommend to others.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were so friendly and helpful, from arrival to check out
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was well equipped, bed was spacious and plenty of pillows and cushions, bathroom was immaculate and all toiletries were great. Safe in room and hairdryer came in handy. Decor was modern and cheerful. Staff were ultra helpful... carried luggage to room and gave us a rundown on Brugge and what was good value to visit. They answered all queries and were happy to help us. Superb value for money, affordable secure parking (€8.60 for 24 hours) is located on Zilver Straat... 100m away. Hotel is a 2 min walk away from cafes, restaurants, bars, shops and the central square in the town. We really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be going back next year. Top hotel, top staff and top value, well deserving of its star rating.
Cons: Nothing... it was perfect.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Thank you to all the amazing staff at Hotel Sablon you all are doing an outstanding job and representing your property finely!! The staff went above and beyond to make our one night stay so comfortable and effortless. We arrived late due to delays from the Chunnel but in time for dinner, after a quick email to reception with what interest we had for dinner, we were delighted to not only receive a quick response with recommendations but also a reservation already made to a great restaurant nearby. We arrived to a warm welcome and our room already cooled as the staff had the a/c turned on prior to our arrival on a hot day. They had cold complimentary water bottles in the mini fridge for us and Nespresso for us to enjoy in the morning. We were also so thankful for a late checkout upon our request as we had another long drive ahead. Other minor but appreciated gestures was providing a thin sheet at night as the comforter on the bed was too warm and toothbrush kits also brought up to our room as I had forgot our kids in the parking garage.
Cons: The only suggestion I would have, is to provide a small stool seat outside the shower or towel hooks right outside the shower to place our towels. Other than that absolutely perfect!! The bed was a dream and the option of pillows was excellent. We slept so well!!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We loved the location of this hotel. It is extremely central and an easy walk to most of the attractions. The reception staff were extremely welcoming and accommodation. We arrive early at 11am and although check in was at 3pm, we were checked in early with no issues
Cons: After being allowed to check in early when we returned to our room later in the afternoon, we noticed that someone had been in the room as the blind had been pulled up and our IPhone charger which had been plugged in had been taken and the adapter left in the socket. Why anyone would want our iPhone charger made no sense, as it is very inexpensive. Reception were helpful and gave us a replica replacement although it did not work for too long and we've had to purchase another charger.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: The location is perfect. The hotel is situated within few minutes walk distance from Grote Markt. Plus, it is surrounded by various cafes, stores and even movie theater (which also has a nice restaurant with the terrace. Apparently, very popular place.) Our room window had a city view and was located right in front of the beautiful building of Concervatorium. The room itself was quite small, but cozy and clean. Plus, we were aware of the sizes. The lady, who manages the hotel is very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is very simple (bread, jam, yogurt, cheese etc.), however, if you don't have any specific preferences regarding food - it is enough. Overall, we enjoyed the experience.
Cons: We had some problems with the pillows, they were too soft for our necks. However, it is really very personal issue. Moreover, as we discovered later, we could ask for another pillows, so it was not an issue at all.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Alegria is a small family hotel close to the city centre. The lady who owns the hotel is very kind and always willing to help you. The room was nice and comfortable. The bathroom was very big and seemed to have recently been restored. The small yard on the back side of the hotel where the breakfast was served was absolutely marvelous! The breakfast was of high quality but poor.
Cons: There was no aircondition in the room. Instead there was a fan for the hot days (if there are any of course...). We actually didn't need one. The door of the room was not like the automatic locking doors that most hotels have. It was like the normal internal doors used in houses. So be sure to lock before you leave the room or go to bed.
7.0 Good
Pros: The hotel is stylishly decorated and comfortable, if not a little compact. The breakfast selection was good too. The location couldn't be better.
Cons: There is no free parking here, despite it being advertised. We had to pay for parking around the corner which was reasonable at 9 EUR for 24 hours. Still, it was disappointing as this was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel. The customer service here was poor. From the moment we arrived we were treated with hostility and not made to feel welcome. In truth the hotel is quite protentious and the atmosphere is standoffish. We travel a lot and the lack of customer care is unlike that we have experienced at other hotels! The staff make no apologies and take no accountability.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Most beautiful property with extra touches! So clean and updated. The inclusive breakfast was the best! Top notch owner/manager!
Cons: Nothing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was a delicious choice of fresh fruit (different each day), pastries, cereals, hams and cheeses. Lots of variety The hotel was able to adequately meet the needs of one guest who is gluten free
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful well appointed modern clean hotel, the owner is very welcoming and helpful and she took time to tell us all about Bruges, sights to see and tips. Breakfast is excellent with fresh produce and a a great choice, location is right in the heart of the town and we were easily able to walk anywhere, all made for a really nice enjoyable couple of days.
Cons: The road is quite busy, the windows are double glazed and a fan provided but during the really hot spell we were there air con would have been fab.
7.5 Good
Pros: Location
7.0 Good
Pros: Room decoration, modernity, cleanliness, BREAKFAST(!), location.
Cons: Loud location: as this hotel is on the last street before the parking garage before the big pedestrian Market Square. The narrow street amplify the noise on the cobblestones. The double pane windows were great help in reducing the noise, but it’s pretty noisy still. It didn’t bother me, but there are definitely quieter 3-star hotels in Bruges’ old town.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is a real special space, the room beautiful, the bed very confortable. Veronique the owner of the hotel, it’s very detail person, so the hotel it’s a very goof option if you are going tu visit Bruges...
