Baltic Hotel Zinnowitz

Location is perfect (beach 50 m). Large, extensive and very clean swimming pool. Cosy Irish Pub with live music inside the hotel. Modern and clean rooms.

Breakfast and dinner buffet could have a bigger choice. No tissues in bathroom.

Breakfast was very comprehensive catering for everyone's taste. Good quality food and enough personnel to keep things moving as well as being clean. Massage was also very good and professional

The service in the a la carte section. After sitting for 10 minutes and then asking the waiter if we could have service we still did not receive any attention after 15 minutes. We were sitting outside and the waiter could clearly see us and his comments when we asked were very arrogant and not giving the impression of good service. One person can damage the hotel's reputation if not careful. The customer always needs to feel that he is wanted and that the business is valuable to the hotel. Hence we went to eat elsewhere.

The hotel looks to be in constant rennovation. Our room had new furniture and bathroom facilities. Our son really liked to sleep at the high location :-)

There is no internet at the property. This is stated at the Booking.com. But I hoped to use Vodafone mobile data. Unfortunately it is undtable in the area. They have T-Mobile hotspot though. But I didn't try it.
