The service was highlighted as exceptionally friendly and attentive, with staff going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. The on-site restaurant received high marks for its quality and creativity, and breakfast was appreciated for its variety and taste. Many guests also enjoyed the hotel's charming atmosphere and tasteful decor, although a few mentioned discomfort with beds, lack of air conditioning, or the inconvenience of stairs at the entrance.
