Guests consistently praise the hotel's breakfast and friendly, helpful staff. However, many mention that the rooms and facilities are dated, with issues around cleanliness, small room sizes, and some maintenance problems like broken elevators. The pool receives mixed feedback, with some enjoying it and others finding it not clean or unavailable. Value for money is questioned by several guests, and there are complaints about uncomfortable beds and noise. Overall, the positives are the breakfast and service, but improvements are needed in room quality and cleanliness.
