6.0 Good
Pros: Cheap, off the hwy hotel best describes this location. The water was not hot, which was troublesome for such a cold day outside.
6.5 Good
Pros: Microwave, refrigerator, HBO, central location, nearby supermarkets and fast food places, nice staff
Cons: No elevator, mediocre breakfast, only one chair, frugal furnishings
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked that Super 8 was great distance from Bristol Motor Speedway! Everyone was very friendly. Love the southern hospitality.
6.0 Good
Pros: The room was great and very clean!
Cons: The cleaning lady that was working the front desk and taking credit/debit information and the fact that she came and knocked on the door and asked for a credit card number for another nights stay!!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel was clean and very quiet. I especially liked the fridge/freezer. I was travelling with a cooler and some food and it was very nice to have a freezer large enough for my frozen foods.
Cons: The sink drain was broken and I couldn't drain the sink. Not a big deal though.
1.0 Poor
Cons: Had to ask and call repeatedly for towels. Most always have to ring the bell for somebody to assist you at checkin and checkout...they take their time coming and recently after waiting for several minutes, calling out, ringing the bell multiple times, nobody came to checkin, I left and went elsewhere for the night.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Close to the interstate
Cons: Dirty everything...floor, walls, toilet, stains on every piece of furniture, stains on all the linens. So glad there’s not a black light to reveal more. The staff is lazy it took 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. There was no bell to ring so I was just calling the property from the lobby. Place doesn’t seem like it’s been cleaned since opening.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I’ve never met a more friendly staff. From the front desk to housekeeping. Very clean, quiet and convenient to food and other necessities. Will stay again.
Cons: Can’t complain

5.7 Okay
Pros: location to our target objective
Cons: no hot water...had to advise front desk that there was no hot water non-smoking corridor smelled like cigarette smoke---violations taking place no cups (plastic or otherwise) in room
7.1 Good
Pros: Price
Cons: The building felt a bit old. Hallways and lobby are in need of renovation. But I was there for sleeping not hanging out in the hallways or lobby.

Pros: From the minute I checked in everything was perfect! After a few minutes of getting to our room, the lady at the front desk had called us to make sure we were satisfied. The next morning at breakfast (which was amazing), the lady who was working the dining room and the front desk did an amazing job! She was friendly and made sure everything was perfect for us. I wish those two ladies were at every hotel I stayed at. The room and the rest of facility was perfect! Very clean.
Cons: Everything was perfect! I travel a lot with my kids for sports and this stay was by far one of the top 3 stays I've had! Well I guess if I had to pick something I didn't like, I would have to say it was the fact that they didn't have diet mountain dew in their vending area.

Cons: Very uncomfortable bed. Roaches in room. If you pay with a Credit card you double the money in your account. Because you will pay for the room and plus what ever the room cost. They will put a hold on that much more of your Account. It takes 2 weeks before they release the money back.

Cons: Older, a bit run-down, but it's no-frills.

Pros: The location was great and the room was clean and the price was okay
Cons: Well they charged our credit card 150.00 for a plumbing issue that had been addressed in the beginning of our stay and they accused us of doi g.. they are money hungry foreign people who just take advantage of others .. I wouldn't never reccomend that place to a dog or a homeless perso... even if it was free to stay at...

Pros: Clean, comfortable. Helpful staff. Easy to get to main part of town.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: No in room micro wave and no in room coffee maker. Breakfast was not much cereal and that was about it.
3.0 Mediocre
Cons: Tried to make me pay at checkin even after paying online in advance. No heat in the room. Was very cold room. No help or offer to do anything to make it right.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location cannot be beat as the motel is set back from the highway but easily accessible. Rooms are spacious, unlike current franchise offerings.
Cons: Complaints would be limited because of the value pricing. It appears that the "Breakfast" of coffee and cereal has been discontinued thru the winter season...we'll see what spring brings.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: I own property in the area and travel often to make checks. I have been lodging with the Alpine for over two years and it is my preferred location. You don’t have to worry with anyone coming in and rumbling overhead, or worry with lugging you suitcases up a flight of stairs. I would suggest you bring your own travel coffee pot as they do not offer in room coffee. There have been upgrades over the years and I really appreciate the new fluffy blankets.
Cons: No coffee or irons in room
3.4 Mediocre
Pros: It only took 30 min to get to the race track.
Cons: For $360.00, I got two wash cloths, two hand towels, and two large towels. One of the wash cloths fell apart when I twisted the water out of it. The towel rack fell off the wall when I pulled the towel off. The blanket one the bed had cigarette burn holes in it. The AC unit would not cool the room. A piece of conduit fell off of the wall when I went to plug in the lamp, leaving exposed wires. They advertised continental breakfast but did not have one. We were worried about leaving our belongings in the room so we re packed and took our things to with us on Sunday. When we returned to the room that night it was straightened up but we noticed that the sheets had not been changed. When we decided to skip the Sunday race because of rain, they refused to credit my card. The locals refer to it as a hourly rental place and were shocked when they heard it cost $180.00 a night. It was a dry place to sleep.

Pros: Location
Cons: Just about everything else....very poor quality
6.5 Good
Pros: Good location and accessible to attractions, nice setting above Interstate which is not really visible; quiet, 250 yards off rt. 11, so no visible traffic; no noise; adjacent pastureland.
Cons: Continental breakfast and coffee were minimal.

Pros: Friendly, courteous staff. Great location. Good value for money. Will stay there again.
7.0 Good
Pros: The price was very reasonable.
Cons: The place is older, so keep that in mind because we had a few issues, but nothing major. The Heater unit knob was broken, so you had to fiddle with it a bit to change settings & the hot water took some adjusting to get it just right in the shower.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: For the price, this was one of the cleanest motels I have been in. Room was large. Shower was tiled. Wifi was easy to access. Heat was easy and quick to respond. Very quiet as well.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly, courteous staff. Great location. Good value for money. Will stay there again.
7.0 Good
Pros: The price was very reasonable.
Cons: The place is older, so keep that in mind because we had a few issues, but nothing major. The Heater unit knob was broken, so you had to fiddle with it a bit to change settings & the hot water took some adjusting to get it just right in the shower.

3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Location was directly off the interstate and next to gas and fast food so all conveniences.
Cons: It could use a revamp. It was an older room with a prior remodel and it needs another. I would not stay here again especially for the price.
7.5 Good
Pros: The room was nice, comfortable bed, and good location.
Cons: The Breakfast was terrible. Two other couples seating in breakfast area, looked at us, and asked is your biscuit hard as a brick, sausage burnt like beef jerky, and eggs dried out? I told them unfortunately ya' ll are correct . We agreed. My wife could not eat it. Just got juice instead. People were very disappointed with so called breakfast and we were too.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was a safe haven for a family of weary travelers looking for an clean, not-to-expensive place place to lay their heads for the night. The staff was friendly and the room accommodating.
Cons: While the room had been nicely updated, the tub/shower combo had two very visible cracks. It should have been replaced. Maybe that is their next step??
