Pro " The location was perfect "
Con " Two of our car tyres were slashed on the first night of our two night stay while the car was parked onsite. Rather than the manager going over and above to help us sort out who the culprit/s was/were they asked us if we wanted to go and stay elsewhere on the second night. I don't think the CCTV was looked at in length as I do believe it certainly would have shown some clue of who the culprit/s was/were. I was extremely disappointed that I had to make contact when I returned home to see if there was any news. I reported the incident to the police, but I'm sure the incident wasn't reported by management of these apartments. "

Pro " The breakfast was great. Varied and small hot dishes that were replenished frequently. The concierges were A+. "
Con " More papers at breakfast would be nice. If you are there on the weekend, you may not be able to enter the rooftop bar as it has restricted numbers. Cocktails at the bar have uninformative names and no description. "

Pro " Modern hotel, clean, well equipped, quiet, friendly staff and very close to North Terrace, Botanic Gardens and plenty of eateries on the East side of the CBD. "
Con " With the name Majestic Roof Garden , it is a pity to see that the roof facilities, with beautiful views, were reserved for private functions on both days we stayed there. It does not do justice to the expectation raised by the name. You might as well pay a bit less for a similar place without the lure of a nice roof facility. "
