Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently compliment the hotel's beautiful pool, friendly and attentive staff, and convenient location close to the beach. Many also enjoy the unique architecture and atmosphere, as well as the quality of the breakfast and restaurant. However, several reviews mention issues with noise, cleanliness (including mold), and occasional lapses in service professionalism. Some guests also note minor maintenance issues and limited pool or spa access. Overall, the positives such as the pool, staff, and location are highlighted, but there is room for improvement in cleanliness, noise insulation, and consistency of service.
