The restaurant has varied and good quality food, room is big enough with the level of comfort you expect from such hotels. Personnel usually helpful.
I booked non smokin room and got a smoking one. Internet connections are very bad (both the hardwired and WiFi), it is nearly impossible to get connected with a decent speed.

I recommend this hotel for buisness purposes only.Its clean ,the breakfast is very good. There is a swimming pool .the rooms are clean.
We have booked a king room for two adults and two children and we got the confirmation through booking.com , but when we arrived at the hotel we were informed that there were no king rooms available. we had to choose either a small room or a suite which we had to choose and we paid extra for the suite.The swimming pool was full of dead insects and when we asked for some one to clean the pool a reluctant guy came to pick (some) of the insects.

For a Holiday Inn this is a high standard hotel, location is good. The pool is there mainly for form as it has an akward location with the whole restaurant staring at you. But who would go to Khobar to stay at a pool....

i have called the reception regarding the internet problem that it was not working and for like 15 min no body come i called again then thy said sorry we will send some one to see what is problem another 15 min and still no body i called again and the receptionist said sorry and he asked me to wait on the line another man asked about the problem then again for 15 min no body show up....i called the last time and i asked for the manger... i talked to him then 5 min later he come to my room and and said sorry and he immediately fixed the problem,,,, but after 50 min !!!
