Cons:I rented a medium size car and Alamo gave me a compact, much smaller than I paid for. On top of that the attendant insisted in me taking road assistance which cost me another $100. It was a rip off. You can tell they are mad cause people refuse their insurance which is $40 per day and the other add one they desperately want us to accept so the rental fee doubles in price.Reviewed 19 Nov 2020

Pros:Car was clean and ready to go pretty quickly.Cons:The USB port didn't work!!! So I couldn't use it to charge and run my iPhone for directions. This could have been disastrous if I had a longer trip to get to my GPS destination.Reviewed 16 Sep 2020

Pros:The staff was very friendly,Cons:The inside of the car smelled like smoke, car wasn’t very clean, There was too long of a wait to obtain car on the day of rental. When taking car back, too much info needed, they should have most of the info written down on envelope for you. Was told a receipt would be emailed to me, but didn’t receive one and had to call to get the final receipt.Reviewed 6 Nov 2019
