Cons:The only thing with the drop off was i was unclear about who and where i should drop off the vehicle. There wasn't an Alamo in Killeen TX airport. So i had to call to see what agency I was supposed to use.Reviewed 29 May 2017

Leaving early = terrible customer experiencePros:15 hr plus delay due to weather website shows counter close's at 1030pm local, we arrived at 1015pm and no one was there thus costing me $150 usd for a taxi to round Rock. If I was the manager I'd fire those people as there were 4 other groups in my situation.thanks for nothing alamo!Reviewed 29 Dec. 2015
