The rental car shuttle service to and from the airport is quick and convenient. The staff at the Alamo desk was helpful and efficient. The entrance to the rental car return was a little confusing but we figured it out on the second pass. Our car was clean and performed well. The inside of the front windshield was so dirty that the car was not drivable when facing directly towards the sun. I had to get a cloth and wash the inside before I could drive. This is a severe safety matter.Reviewed 5 Oct 2024

I didn't like not being able to chose the warranty plan at the reservation time on the web site. It was very confusing when at the desk the clerk explained it to me. Plus I had no choice if the car would be stolen I had to pay the full car price. THIS IS totally not acceptable. Alamo must have insurance about that.
