Pros:The customer service was great. The need for more workers was very evident.Cons:Give a better car for money. The car I chose, was not the car I pickup. That to me is not good, especially when you get a car of a lower value. I chose a midsize car and I got a Hydia car that I used neutral as park and replace it with a Nissan March.Reviewed 14 Mar. 2020

AwesomenessPros:I liked everything. The car was clean, comfortable and smooth. It suited me amicably. When i returned it 3days later than expected, the charge was only $50 and there was no fuss. Would definitely use them again.Cons:I didnt like saying goodbye to the carReviewed 12 Mar. 2017

Reasonable price but cleaning and inspection needsPros:I liked the price and ease of booking with Kayak. That meant no long international calls needed. Almost always I met very nice, polite, helpful staff.Cons:I did not like the nighttime inspection in a dark parking lot with water sprinkled over some parts of the car to appear it was washed. Yet in daylight I noticed it was dirty and had damage below where I could not see in the dark. The staff is nice, but their cleaning and inspection process is lacking.Reviewed 15 Jan. 2017
