The lady at the counter at Chicago Ohare pickup fought me for 45 minutes and did not want to honor what we booked (in this case a 7 seater SUV). It wasn’t so much the make and model as these aren’t guaranteed but more so that we needed 7 seats which was guaranteed per our reservation. She told me multiple times they didn’t have any 7 seater vehicles. Finally, after 45 minutes, I got the car type that we reserved. She was rude and unpleasant. Would not recommend renting from Alamo in Chicago!Reviewed 4 Jun. 2023

Really easy! However it would have been nice if the guy at the Austin car lot was more knowledgeable about how to hook up my cell phone to blue tooth. Dont forget to sign up at rentalradar.com for price drops. Every time rates went down, I made a modified my reservation. Pick up took a long time - the office was overwhelmed with the people from the late flights. The car was brand new, but only came with 1/4 petrol tank - considering it was very late, a lot of petrol stations were closed.Reviewed 3 Jun. 2023

We got a brand new Audi SUV that had only 9 miles on it. Of course it was fabulous. Only one slight issue, it didn’t have a USB port for my phone. The 2 ports it did have I’ve never seen and I didn’t have an adapter for. If I was on a road trip I would have had to buy one.Reviewed 2 Jun. 2023
