I would’ve given top ratings because the Alamo manager was great. However, I specifically reserved a convertible mustang several weeks before hand and there weren’t any available during pickup. Needless to say, I wasn’t happy at all. The only other thing they had for a convertible, was a Jeep. Not realizing how terrible they are on fuel until I had to fill up again before making it to Gainesville (from WPB).Reviewed 21 May 2026

Fast pick up and the car was ok. It was a newer car and the sensors kept breaking when I didn’t want or need them too. We didn’t go over any specific operations of the car on pick up so I had no idea how to turn the sensors off.
