Hotel is beautiful, comfortable and has everything you need- even if you don’t gamble. It was extremely clean. Pool was clean and wonderful. Front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. I have a spinal injury and I had a late flight. I was able to check out at 4 pm for an extra fee-totally work it- to avoid being at the airport for hours! Accessible room is very comfortable and the shower is every safe.
The valet situation was a little awkward. I cannot carry anything at the moment. I had 2 people come with me to the room when I had a very small suitcase. Made me feel a little uncomfortable. Also felt obligated to tip both. They were friendly enough but need to work on how to act in front of customers. A lot of joking between them and also with me.
Great staff, facilities, comfy beds. Will return
Had to pay a resort fee even after all the taxes and fees had been paid thru kayak. Certainly not worth the cost I will go back to a four or five star hotel where I get service for the cost.
I LIKED THE RENOVATIONS THE HOTEL/CASINO HAVE MADE AND ARE STILL MAKING. I THINK THAT ON THE WEEKENDS NEED A COFFEE SHOP WITH MORE HEALTH ORIENTED SNACKS AVAILABLE DURING LATE HOURS. ALSO TIME AGO YOU USED TO HAVE ON THE WEEKENDS LIVE MUSIC OR A DANCE AREA, NOT JUST A BAR ALSO A SMALL SPA. I HAVE TO GO TO SANDIA, AND SOMETIMES I THINK ABOUT RENTING THERE JUST SO I DON'T HAVE TO BE TRAVELING BACK AND FORTH THERE. AND LETS NOT FORGET ABOUT THE KIDS, THE AREA AND GAMES ARE ALWAYS THE SAME, NO NEW TECHNICAL STUFF GOING ON
Beautiful resort, great service, well maintained amenities.
Balcony view is of the roof of the pool, casino, and spa. In the middle of nowhere.
The rooms are beautiful. A complemtry something would have been nice and made the price more worth it.
Great value, clean, comfortable, but eat outside h
Love the value, comfort, newness of hotel.
The food was terrible, tasteless and not made fres, burgers and fries premade, tasteless.
Not bad but pricey
Room was overall clean, nice view, casino was great.
Room wasn't ready when we were told it would be, so they moved us to the 4th floor instead of asking if we would mind waiting. The bed comforter was lumpy and dirty. We had a king unit but only was given 3 pillows.
Wonderful staff! Comfort and beauty.
Didn't even survive the night
The restaurant staff was kind and polite. The food was delicious.
We had very loud neighbors that were screaming, yelling, laughing, and banging things around all night. We filed a noise complaint with the front desk but nothing changed. Finally just before midnight we decided to leave as no one was able to sleep. When we were checking out the front desk didn't try to switch us rooms, offer suggestions, or offer refunds in any way. He just said you booked through a separate service so there's nothing I can do. My husband and I have stayed at many resorts that include casinos and have never had such an awful experience. I sent a formal complaint to the manager, as none was available that evening, and still have yet to hear a single word back. We will never stay here again!!
Overall 5 star, cleanliness.. Not so much
We enjoyed the room, balcony, staff, pool, casino, showroom, etc...
Cleanliness of the room was not the greatest. My husband and I had to clean up pubic hair on the floor and in the bathtub. We also had to clean up boogers that were pasted on the wall. Room was beautiful and comfortable and we still enjoyed out time, we hope the rooms get cleaned thoroughly for our next stay.
clean and friendly
we liked it all
