Location was close to Balloon Fest
There was not a small fridge in the room. I think the room rate for Saturday night was extremely high for the quality of hotel.
Needed to be updated - carpet paint and bathrooms
The bed was comfy
Wish breakfast was better, I would have liked to have eggs/bacon. N.M. is known for chili!! Green or red would have been nice. Microwave and small fridge would also be good
The Breakfast Was HORRIBLE HORRIBLE there was NO protein AT ALL all it was was Bread, Waffles,Bagels,Muffins, and they were not edible, the coffee was OK, I would never Recommend this facility, No Refrigerator inn the Room, the MINI Midget Coffee maker spewed hot water and coffee all over me and the counter, I told them about it and it was never fixed, the bed actually had cave ins in it where it was sunken in and old, the pillows were hard, bathroom was so small you could hardly move around in it, and it was old, and a cheap plastic toilet seat, all in all the only thing I could say it was pretty clean but that is all, NEVER WILL I STAY HERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THIS MOTEL TO ANYONE.
AN ACTUAL BREAKFAST WITH SOME PROTIEN, AND EDIBLE BREADS, All they had was bread to eat, like I said no refrigerator in the room, the mini coffee maker spewed hot water/coffee all over the place, if you wanted ice or vending machine you had to go only to the 2nd floor, this place was a nightmare/not what we had to pay for that is for sure very over priced, we stayed in a motel in pueblo on the way back home and it was a castle compared to this and way way way cheaper
The room was a good size. Clean. Comfortable bed. Extremely good location for the Balloon Fiesta. Guy on reception very helpful with regard to Balloon Fiesta.
No fridge. If you needed a microwave you had to go to the breakfast room. We didn't have any information about the hotel facilities in the room. Ice is on floors 2 and 3 behind the lift. Coffee not replaced in the room. Reception gave me a replacement, but it was too big for the machine and spurted hot water everywhere.
