This hotel should never be considered to stay at! It was a horrible experience and stay. We checked in at 7 pm and the room was not ready. They gave us 2 blankets and 2 towels when we checked in and said that is all we get since they get stolen. To have a sign at check in that says 'you have 15 minutes from check in to decide if you stay' should have been sign enough. With the balloon festival going on, we had no option but to stay. The first room we were in, the door did not lock, so anyone could walk in anytime. There were no sheets on the bed - you got your 1 blanket, 1 bar of soap, 1 towel. Dirty, not safe and not worth any amount of money to stay here.
