This hotel should never be considered to stay at! It was a horrible experience and stay. We checked in at 7 pm and the room was not ready. They gave us 2 blankets and 2 towels when we checked in and said that is all we get since they get stolen. To have a sign at check in that says 'you have 15 minutes from check in to decide if you stay' should have been sign enough. With the balloon festival goi...
