Cons:
The Rental Counter was closed when I landed, and there was no help, or instructions available. The corporate help was non-existent. I was forwarded to another contact, who said that the booking should not have been allowed in the first place, but that did me no good and 7pm & no transportation.10.0 Wonderful

They charged extra driver fee because I prepaid for the car with my credit card but the reservation was in my fiancé’s name. That seems ridiculous that I had to be a driver on the car even though I never sat in the car just because I prepaid for the car through kayak with my card.2.0 Poor
