Pros (+) Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean, and the water was hot.
Cons (-) Due to COVID19 I’m aware some services or items may not be available but I really didn’t how untrained the representative was when checking in. I didn’t like being place in a room on the first fool right outside the main elevators, where I can hear everything, which affected my sleep. I offered to stay in a Queen double but the representative didn’t know how to switch the rooms in the system. The ...
