Very good
Mary, May 2026
The hotel was great value for the price. Danielle who worked the front desk was excellent in customer service and helping us any way she could. The only negatives were there was only one elevator due to one being down for repairs and the restaurant was not open Saturday afternoon for lunch.

Pros (+) I liked the full service. The facility is conveniently located in downtown Alexandria. Restaurants, pubs, and coffee shop are within 2 blocks walking distance. The room was a suite and was very large with many separate seating ares that were comfortable and provided a goo...
Cons (-) I had no complaints during my stay.
