Not recommended for senior travellers as there is no lift or door service taxi. Due to location on Amstel Canal, taxi access is difficult.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore the city on foot or by public transport. Many highlight the quality and variety of the breakfast, as well as the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Several reviews mention spacious and comfortable rooms, especially for families. However, some guests note issues with cleanliness, small room sizes in certain cases, and the lack of an elevator, which can make access challenging due to steep stairs. Overall, the positives outweigh the negatives, with location, breakfast, and service standing out.AI-generated from customer reviews
